How long does my order take to ship?
Each piece is made with care and intention — not pulled from a shelf. Because our ceramics are produced and assembled overseas, please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to ship. This includes time for quality checks, packaging, and international transit. Once your order arrives at our U.S. studio, it’s re-inspected and shipped directly to you.
We promise it’s worth the wait — each fountain is made to last and designed to feel one-of-a-kind.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We currently ship within the U.S. and select international regions. International shipping rates and timelines vary depending on location, and you’ll see an estimate at checkout.
Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. We always pack with care to ensure your fountain arrives safely, wherever you are.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made in small batches and inspected before shipping, all sales are final.
If your fountain arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a credit toward a future order.
